These LED's are a bright and cool blue colour and they flash at approx 2 pulses per second. These leds make a very obvious warning or display feature and would be particularly good used as an alarm warning led ( real or fake ). They look great used in automobile floorwell lighting and external under vehicle lighting, but take care not to look like an emergency vehicle. What about using them on your model airplane for that authentic landing light effect. The photograph obviously does not show the flashing effect but just connect up to battery ( via appropiate resistor ) and away they go, flashing until the battery is exhausted.
