Each sale is for 6 pieces of BLK200TR6-3V 5mm flashing RED diffused LEDs. These have a built-in resistor and flashing circuit. The brightness and flash rate will vary, but the supply voltage can be anywhere between 2 and 15V. These are very simple parts to use.
