The processor ticks at 14,74560 MHz. You also have a full 62Kbyte of application RAM to play around with as the debugger monitor only occupies 2 KByte of EPROM and the optional ethernet controller occupies 16bytes. All memory mapping is done in a reprogrammable PLD device so that you can later on make your own memory map should you want to.
