CD40106BCN, CMOS Hex Schmitt Trigger, 14 Pin DIP, Quantity 20, Fairchild Semiconductor. CD40106B consists of six Schmitt-trigger circuits. Each circuit functions as an inverter with Schmitt-trigger action on the input. The trigger switches at different points for positive- and negative-going signals. The difference between the positive-going voltage and the negative-going voltage is defined as hysteresis voltage. The CD40106BC Hex Schmitt Trigger is a monolithic complementary MOS (CMOS) integrated circuit constructed with N and P-channel enhancement transistors. The positive and negative-going threshold voltages, VT+ and VT-, show low variation with respect to temperature (typ 0.0005V/°C at VDD = 10V), and hysteresis, VT+ - VT- is greater than or equal to 0.2 VDD is guaranteed. All inputs are protected from damage due to static discharge by diode clamps to VDD and VSS. * Wide supply voltage range: 3V to 15V * High noise immunity: 0.7 VDD (typ.) * Low power TTL compatibility: Fan out of 2 driving 74L or 1 driving 74LS * Hysteresis: 0.4 VDD (typ.), 0.2 VDD guaranteed * Wave and pulse shapers * High-noise-environment systems * Monostable multivibrators * Astable multivibrators Click here to see the datasheet.
