We are a registered CLEC in the State of Texas, and we have a number of surplus duct systems in Metro Dallas, TX. This first system is a complete 3.14 mile (16,579') ring, consisting of 1.5" duct in the heart of Downtown Dallas. No laterals are included, but you'll have perpetual rights to the manholes so you can build your own. If you watch the industry, the CLECs are all being bought up by the big boys, Qwest, Level3, AT&T/SBC and the value in owned facilities is only going up!
