Data I/O Romulator with Ram-Pak ROM PROM Programmer I can't help but smile and think of the movie "Tron" when I say Romulator, but that's exactly what this little thing is. It's a handheld ROM programming unit. The display has five HP intelligent displays in it, for those nixie tube collectors. These are small LED displays that have the binary TTL to 7-seg driver built into them. Unit is composed of the main unit, serial number ROM-0055, a plug in ram-pak unit, serial RP-0117, and a small daughter card with a 24pin socket on it, 716-1277-B Prom Interface. The 5v power connector on the ram-pak has some green corrosion on it, and I haven't bothered firing it up. It's sold as-is for parts, repair, or your personal vintage electronics device collection. |
