This unit is a Model GTX-331 Volt-A-Vider, digital voltage standard and 0-1 volt and 0-10 volt digital voltage source. It has six six significant figure variability. Max output is 0.999999 volts in steps of 1 microvolt for the 1 volt range and 9.99999 volts in steps of 10 microvolts. It has a retractable ground pin on the power plug to be able to float the instrument from power ground. Perfect for DC voltmeter calibration, injection of precision floating voltages into a circuit for test. I do not know the maximum output current capability. It has four wire injection capability to prevent any error in connection resistance. JRL stands for Julie Research LABS.
