K573RF5 2048x8 EPROM Rare i2716 M2716 Ceramic Gold IC K573RF5 is an ULTRA RARE Russian (Soviet) Clone of Intel i2716 Erasable EPROM (2048x8). This is a SPECIAL, very high quality production circuit. MADE IN USSR especially for Russian military computers in the early 1980's. All parts in this lot are in excellent, NEW, never used, condition. K573RF5 is a Full Equivalent to: i2716 or M2716 by Intel, AM2716 by AMD, MHB2716C by Tesla, MCY7716, CM7716, or to any other 2716 EPROM. Speed: 420 ns , this is the faster version of the K573RF2 EPROM Package: DIL-24, Ceramic with gold pins. Temp. range: -55°C .... 150°C This is a great item for chip collectors !!! 3.
