Low-noise A/D technology provides superior accuracy and speed - 100nVDC to 1kVDC with 0.002% 90-day basic accuracy, 100micro-ohms to 100Mohms with 0.008% 90-day basic accuracy, and up to 2000 readings per second at 4-1/2-digit resolution. The simple front panel design is easy to use; just a few key presses set up any measurement. Capabilities for DCV, ACV, DCI, ACI, 2Wohms, 4Wohms, thermocouples (J, K, and T), frequency (to 300kHz), period, dB, dBm, continuity, and diode testing save the cost of adding equipment. High-speed autoranging (<30ms) and fast range changes (50/s) further enhance throughput. The Model 2000-20 is a special version with a factory-installed 20-channel scanner card.
