This is a Lambda model LP414-FM power supply, 0-118V and 0-200mA, I've tested this with my Fluke meter and it goes up to 118V, with smooth control, the problem with this is, the voltage meter on it is broken, also, the central, white colored, banana jack is broken off too. However, if you need voltages in this range, this is a good little PS that won't take up a lot of space on your bench, and you can repair the shortcomings - either replace the meter in this, or use a cheap DMM to monitor the voltage. This doesn't make any noises etc., so I think other than the front panel problems, it will serve you well for years.
