It is very versatile and is able to sync with the embedded sync signal in composite video and also able to pick up timing signals from other sources. It has been used in a laboratory environment and may have a few dents or scratches but these are only cosmetic and do not affect the operation and reliability of this item. Don't let the fact that this is a 20MHz scope fool you. Brand new scopes similar to this retail for close to $400!!! This scope is a solid work horse, dependable, and easy to use. It is a great scope to start with, use for automotive or general electronics troubleshooting, and is a necessity in any ham radio shack. |
