DESCRIPTION - Here is a nice looking Leader Lat-4540 programmable attenuator. I plugged it in and it powers up fine, numbers come on the LCD digital window area. The is a flip down bar on the bottom and a single handle on it's side as well. I do not know how to use this item nor do I know how to test it's functionability so it is selling as-is.
