MCK2812 (High Voltage) Evaluation Board MCK2812 HV Evaluation Board is designed for high performance DMC system and is based on Texas Instruments TMS320F2812 DSP. It is a reliable and fast servomotor driver solution, which contains three parts: EVM2812 Board (DSP part), HVD (driver part) and IB2812 (interface part). MCK2812 HV Evaluation Board can directly connect with one or two DC brush/brushless servomotors, AC asynchronous motors, AC permanent-magnet synchronous servomotor and stepper motor to form a digital servo motion control system. * Digital motor control (DC brush/brushless servo motor, stepping servo motor, AC servo motor) * Digital control machine-tool * VFC (Variable Frequency Control) HVD (High Voltage Driver) Board Features: * Power supply: 80~260 VAC/DC, maximum peak value current 15A, output power up to 2KW, alternative driver module output power up to 5KW * Adopt IPM module, with over-current, over-voltage, under-voltage and over-heat protections, PWM frequency up to 20KHz * On-board 60W rebounding power switch , able to supply large current therefore result in a safer system * High speed optocoupler for electrical isolation, isolation rate =15KV/s to insure a perfect isolation * 4 independent IPM power supplies to prevent the damage from bootstrap recharg * Input interface for incremental photoelectric encoder signal and Hall sensor signal * Hall current sensor to insure the accuracy and isolation of current sampling, feedback interface for current/velocity/position feedback loop * Adopt non-inductive absorbing capacitor to eliminate the surges and spikes caused by DV/DT effectively and therefore to protect IPM * On-board filter to reduce EMI interference according to FCC-15 standard * May connect with DC brush/brushless servomotor, AC asynchronous motor, AC permanent-magnet synchronous servomotor and stepper motor to form a digital servo motion control system when operating along with EVM 2812 Board EVM2812 Evaluation Board Features: * On-board TMS320F2812 DSP, 32-bit fix-point Flash DSP, operating at 150Mhz * 128K*16 bits on-chip Flash program memory, Flash encryptable * 256K*16 bits extended SRAM as program/data RAM (upgradable to 512K*16 bits) * 8K words (16K bytes) extended EEPROM as parameter ROM, with SPI interface * 4 channels of 12-bit extended DAC sync output with SPI interface * Standard RS232, CAN communication interface * On-board VL-Bus, data/address/control leadout wires and special function pins with leadout wires * On board IEEE1149 JTAG interface for real-time emulation * Customed designed AD power supply and AD reference voltage to insure the accuracy of AD sampling * Co-operate with IB2812 to realize keyboard and displaying panel * Two independent MCBUS designed for motion control system; form a complete digital servo motion control system by co-operating with one or two L/HVD (Low/ High Voltage Driver) board to drive one or two motors IB2812 Interface Board Features: * To evaluate the extended keyboard interface and display panel interface of TMS320F2812DSP chipset * Able to operate with EVM281 via MCBUS * 6 channels of PWM output (PWM1-6 if goes to MCBUS of Event Manager A, PWM7-12 if goes to MCBUS of Event Manager B) * 6 I/O of I/O PORTB to press keys and LEDs * 8 channels of AD input either AD0-7 or AD8-15 * Special purpose chip with SPI interface to administer the nixie tube and press keys * Power supplied by EVM2812 board * Motor control source code for DC brush/brushless servomotor, AC asynchronous motor and AC permanent magnet servomotor SPWM and SVPWM * (optional)DC brush/brushless servomotors and AC motors are available in our company "Received my MCK2812 EVB yesterday, within 3 days of order!
