Old pocket volt meter in original box. The para - volt meter is in used condition which means there are wear and tear scars. The cloth wire covering has worn away in a couple of places and there's a couple of small dints in the back. The face has no glass cover on it and the box is very tatty. The front reads Voltmeter, Para-Volt Foreign. There are also the initials TB at the bottom of the face. The case is metal, I'm not sure which.
