PACO In-Circuit Capacitor Tester Model C-25. PACO In-Circuit Capacitor Tester Model C-25. This is a working PACO capacitor tester. This handy piece of bench test equipment will test for shorted or open capacitors and will measure electrolytic capacitors from 2-40 MFD and 40-400 MFD.
