This wand is simple and convenient to use. The lock-on thumb switch closes the heating elements around the material while simultaneously triggering the heating cycle. The workplace is heated and the work completed within a few seconds. Releasing the thumb switch shuts off the current and opens the elements for the start of the next cycle. This is a multi use heat shrink wand.
