This Radio Shack 3 amp 13.8 vdc power supply invertor is in great working condition. This has the lighted on and off switch, the rubber cigarette lighter cover, and the red and black output screw knobs on the front. There is also a reset button on the back of the power supply box. The tag on the back reads as follows: Radio Shack tm CAT# .22-504, Input: 120vac 60hz 100w, Output: 13.8v 3a. This was used for a bag phone for a very short period of time.
