Tektronix TDS7104 1GHz 4 Channel 10 GS/s Digital Phosphor Oscilloscope Oscilloscope The Tektronix TDS7104 oscilloscope is a graph-displaying device – it draws a graph of an electrical signal. In most applications, the graph shows how signals change over time: the vertical (Y) axis represents voltage and the horizontal (X) axis represents time. The intensity or brightness of the display is sometimes called the Z axis. The Tektronix TDS7104 oscilloscope's simple graph can tell you many things about a signal, such as: the time and voltage values of a signal, the frequency of an oscillating signal, the “moving parts” of a circuit represented by the signal, the frequency with which a particular portion of the signal is occurring relative to, other portions, whether or not a malfunctioning component is distorting the signal, how much of a signal is direct current (DC) or alternating current (AC) and how much of the signal is noise and whether the noise is changing with time. * 4 GHz, 2.5 GHz, 1 GHz and 500 MHz Bandwidth Models * Up to 20 GS/s Real-time Sample Rate * Up to 32 Megasamples Memory Depth * >400,000 Wfms/Second Maximum Waveform Capture Rate * Jitter Measurements to 1 ps RMS * Control Via Classic Direct Controls, Touch-sensitive Color Display or Mouse * Open MS Windows Environment This unit has been calibrated by Tektronix valid thru 9/21/06, also includes a CD copy of User Manual, Reference Manual, Service Manual, a Power Cord , a Mouse, Front Cover and a Probe Calibration and Deskew Fixture, no probe * Our hours of operation are M-F, 10-5PM Pacific Standard Time.
