ITEM: Yokogawa Watt Converter test meter
The back has the following: Inputs - 1 ma, 75v, 100v, 150v, 300 v, .5 a, 1a, 2a, 5a, 10a, 20a. x and y multiplier external inputs. 1 and 5 volt DC output. Adjustments for current linearity and balance, high freq. phase, low freq. phase, voltage balance, and low freq FS, And a divider loss compensation.
I found very little on this unit, but did find this in a patent application for a similar item “Description of the Prior Art: Various types of watt transducers are known. One type which is said to have high accuracy is a watt converter type 2885 marketed by Yokogawa Electric Works Ltd. of Tokyo, Japan. This apparatus employs a time division multiplier and, while high accuracy may be obtainable, the cost is high.”
CONDITION: Used, untested though it powers up. Missing 1 small knob on the reset button (doesn’t affect use).
